Pride at Enterprise Mobility: Building Careers Through Unity

In celebration of the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain”, we’re excited to share stories from several inspiring leaders across our global organization. Their insights highlight the importance of growth, resilience, mentorship, and the power of giving back.

From Human Resources to Operations, Talent Acquisition to Community Relations, these women share how investing in others - and in themselves - has shaped their careers and created impact far beyond their roles.

Daniela Beltran | Branch Manager | U.S.A

Daniela started at Enterprise Mobility in October of 2022 as a Management Trainee. Last year, she was promoted to Branch Manager in Dallas, Texas. She is excited to continue exploring growth opportunities within the organization as she advances in her Enterprise Mobility career journey.

What does the 2026 PRIDE theme “Unity” mean to you personally and professionally?

To me, unity goes hand in hand with collaboration. Personally, it means creating a space where people from all backgrounds feel seen, heard, and valued. It’s about coming together, embracing different perspectives, and learning from one another to grow both as individuals and as a community. Professionally, unity means working as a team with mutual respect and openness. When we collaborate and support each other, we create a more inclusive and positive environment where everyone can thrive.

How are team members encouraged to bring their authenticity to work?

Enterprise Mobility fosters a culture where everyone feels respected and included. I really appreciate how the organization promotes diversity and celebrates people for who they are. This creates an environment where team members feel comfortable and confident in what they bring to the table.

Monique De Oliveira | Branch Manager | Canada

In 2021, Monique joined Enterprise Mobility. After 9 months as a Management Trainee, she was promoted to Assistant Manager. This was a pivotal moment in her career that led to her current role. Now, as a Branch Manager, Monique helps create a team environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

What does the 2026 PRIDE theme “Unity” mean to you personally and professionally?

Unity is showing up for each other, even when our experiences differ. At work, we foster an environment where people don’t have to fit a mold to be valued and included.

What does allyship mean to you, and what advice would you offer to allies?

Allyship means actively supporting, listening and advocating for LGBTQ+ voices—even when it’s uncomfortable. Stay curious, educate yourself, and use your voice to help create inclusive environments in your community.

Hannah Doran | Customer Support Supervisor | U.K.

Hannah began her journey with Enterprise Mobility in 2021 as a Management Trainee in daily rental, based in Liverpool, England. In November 2022, she was promoted to Senior Customer Support Representative. She joined the Supervisor Trainee Program in March 2023 and was promoted to Reservations Team Supervisor by January 2024. After only 11 months in that role, in November 2024, she received her latest growth opportunity and accepted the Customer Support Supervisor role.

What does the 2026 PRIDE theme “Unity” mean to you personally and professionally?

Personally, unity means togetherness and a sense of community—whether within family or friendship circles—with people you can turn to and trust. Professionally, unity makes me think of collaboration, a shared vision, and teamwork. Working cohesively as a team to bring our founding values to life is what we do.

Do you participate in local PRIDE events? If so, could you share why participation in these events is important to you?

Participating in Pride events holds special meaning for me. Each event is an occasion of joy, community, celebration and reflection on how far the LGBTQ+ community has come over the years. They also serve as a reminder of the work still needed across the globe. Pride events make me feel proud of who I am and how I identify.

Uwe Kirsch | Rental Management Supervisor | Germany

As a Driver, Uwe saw a clear career path forming at Enterprise Mobility. Through years of learning and advancement, Uwe is now a Rental Management Supervisor.

What does the 2026 PRIDE theme “Unity” mean to you personally and professionally?

Unity means we all stand together regardless of skin color, disability, or any other differences; recognizing the whole person is what truly matters.

Do you participate in local PRIDE events? If so, could you share why participation in these events is important to you?

Every year, I organize Enterprise Mobility's participation in Stuttgart PRIDE, and I plan to do so again this year. Join us! Everyone should be allies.
