In celebration of the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain”, we’re excited to share stories from several inspiring leaders across our global organization. Their insights highlight the importance of growth, resilience, mentorship, and the power of giving back.
From Human Resources to Operations, Talent Acquisition to Community Relations, these women share how investing in others - and in themselves - has shaped their careers and created impact far beyond their roles.
I began my Enterprise Mobility career in 1994 as a Management Trainee and gained experience in Business Rental, Daily Rental, and Talent Acquisition. I progressed through roles including Group HR Manager, Corporate HR Manager, Assistant Vice President and Vice President. In 2020, I returned to Corporate Headquarters as Vice President of HR, and in 2022, I joined Enterprise Fleet Management as Vice President of HR. Currently, as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, I oversee global HR operations and support the development of our 90,000-strong team.
What does the 2026 International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain”, mean to you?
Giving back is important to me, whether through volunteering, supporting local organizations, or simply showing up for others when help is needed.

I started my career as a Management Trainee in September 2016 and was promoted to Assistant Manager nine months later. In March 2018, I became a Branch Manager, overseeing two locations. In 2021, I took on a new challenge as Branch Manager at Toulouse Airport, which led to my promotion in 2022 to Area Manager for the Center of France. In 2023, I became Area Manager for Pays de la Loire. Since November 2024, I have served as Area Rental Manager at Charles de Gaulle Airport, the largest airport in the group, marking a significant milestone in my career.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Give to Gain”. What does this mean to you?
To me, "Give to Gain" means personal and professional growth comes from investing in others. The more we give—whether support, opportunities, kindness, or mentorship—the more we grow as individuals and as a collective. Giving lifts us all, and that’s how we create impact.

I began my Enterprise Mobility career in July 2007 in Atlanta. Within my first year, I earned two promotions, which confirmed that this was the place I wanted to grow my career. Since then, I have worked my way up to Area Manager, a role I earned in fall 2016. Over the past nine years, I’ve had the privilege of leading three different areas.
The 2026 IWD theme is “Give to Gain” – what does this mean to you?
To me, “Give to Gain” is a reminder that when we pour our time, energy, and passion into something meaningful, the return often far exceeds what we can measure. Making a difference in even one person’s life, personally or professionally, creates a ripple effect that extends far beyond ourselves. There is no greater gain than knowing your impact helped someone else grow, thrive, or believe in themselves in a new way.

I’ll celebrate my 26th year with Enterprise Mobility in May, and my career has taken me from Nova Scotia to California, Missouri, New York, New Jersey, back to Missouri, and finally home to Canada! Clearly, I collect Enterprise Mobility moves instead of souvenirs. Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to work in Daily Rental, on the Airport Team, in Support Services, and have spent the last eight years in the Replacement & Leisure Division.
The 2026 IWD theme is “Give to Gain” – what does this mean to you?
When you give support, friendship, and mentorship, it comes back tenfold. Lifting other women up doesn’t take anything away; instead, it raises the bar for everyone.

What does it mean to you to be involved in Enterprise Mobility’s ROAD Forward partnership with The Girls’ Network, considering your personal experience as a mentee?
I'm very excited that The Girls' Network recently became a key partner of Enterprise Mobility's ROAD Forward initiative. This is the same charity that once supported me as a mentee when I was a teenager. Growing up as a Black British woman from a state school in London, I often doubted myself and lacked confidence. The Girls’ Network helped tremendously by providing tips on writing CVs, preparing for interviews, and shaping my career aspirations. Now, as part of the team partnering with nonprofits like The Girls’ Network to support the next generation of young women, it genuinely feels like coming full circle. At Enterprise Mobility, we believe in creating opportunities for people to grow, lead, and make a difference.
