"Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to fulfill my passion every day, continue to grow and truly level up with purpose." Over the past 9.5 years, I’ve learned that true growth happens when your work is driven by purpose. What started as a job has evolved into a fulfilling career centered around people, connection, and impact. I began my journey with Enterprise Mobility in 2016 as a Management Trainee in Southern California, where I built a strong foundation in operations and leadership. In 2018, I transitioned into Car Sales, which gave me a deeper understanding of customer experience and performance metrics. In 2022, I was promoted to Talent Acquisition—a pivotal moment where I discovered my passion for helping others grow their careers. This role allowed me to align my strengths with purpose, making a meaningful impact on both individuals and the organization. Recently, I took the next step in my career by becoming the Talent Acquisition Manager for Colorado.
Community Involvement
Volunteering, supporting local initiatives, and giving back to the communities we serve have taught me empathy, adaptability, and purpose-driven leadership. Philanthropic work has played a significant role in my professional development. It is proof that when we invest in others, we grow as well.
